- To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for products due to hygienic issues, such as lipsticks, mascara, or any other product that comes in direct contact with the skin.
- We do not offer refunds for any products, only exchanges or store credit.
- Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or broken.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange within 7 business days.
- Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible, but may take up to 7 business days to be completed, depending on the availability of the product.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our policies.
